Calhoun Utilities Service Line Inventory

Calhoun Utilities Requests Your Help

Recent regulations implemented by the EPA now require every public water system to develop and submit a service line inventory to identify water service line material by October 16th, 2024. If your home was built before 1990, you may be eligible for a $10.00 credit to be utilized towards your utility bill by filling out the survey found at:

(Eligibility will be based on whether or not the customer is able to identify service line material. Offer is valid for your address until city crews have field verified the material.)

Even if your home was built after 1990, Calhoun Utilities still requests that you complete the survey. Your participation will greatly impact the success of the program.
