The City of Calhoun has implemented a new online payment and electronic billing service that will offer greater flexibility when paying your utility bills. With the improved bill pay service, customers can receive and view bills electronically and make payments online with a credit/debit card or bank account. Additionally, customers will enjoy the convenience of scheduling automatic payments. Here are some highlights:

When paying your bill you will be asked to provide a portion of your Account Number that is printed on your bill, and your Last Name as it appears on your bill.
Your Account Number will appear on your bill in the following format: 000-00000000-00. Please enter the middle digits without the leading zeros, and include the dash and the last two digits.
For example, Account Number 009-00099999-09 would be entered as: 99999-09

Calhoun Utilities is pleased to offer additional payment options for our valued customers through a service provided by Invoice Cloud.
Invoice Cloud provides the option to pay online, by text, by phone, and receive email reminders when a payment is due and a confirmation after making a payment. Registration will not be required to view or pay your bill and customers are allowed to pay multiple invoices in one transaction.
Invoice Cloud will charge a fee for this convenience. There will be a service fee of $2.95 for all credit card payment transactions. There will be a service fee of $.95 for all EFT/ACH payment transactions.
Please Note: To avoid disruption of service, utility bills must be paid in full prior to the cutoff date shown on the bill. Partial payments will not prevent services from being disconnected. If your services are in jeopardy of, or have been disconnected, you must call customer service with your Online payment confirmation number at 706-602-5678. Services are not automatically restored or disconnections prevented unless Utility is notified.
