Calhoun Recycling Center Reopening

We are excited to announce that the Calhoun Recycling Center will reopen on Monday, May 4th.  Proper precautions will be in place to ensure the public’s safety and the employee’s safety.  Social distancing and all CDC recommendations to slow the spread of COVID-19 will be required.  Thank you for your patience during this trying time.

Calhoun’s Home Town Takeover Contest Entry

The Mayor and Council of the City of Calhoun would like to take this opportunity to thank the volunteers who gave their time and talents in applying for HGTV’s Home Town Takeover. Even if your mobile phone is already registered for the CodeRed system you must sign up again as these numbers will not transfer over.
