The City of Calhoun is planning a scheduled water outage on September 22nd from 9:30am until 5:00pm. The area affected includes but is not limited to S.R. 53 near Brown Lee Mountain Road along with Brown Lee Mountain Road.
This outage is due to road construction by the Georgia Department of Transportation to improve the intersection of S.R. 53 at Brown Lee Mountain Road.
The purpose of this outage is to tie in the new water main to the existing water main at Brown Lee Mountain Road.
