Online Payment:

Calhoun Utilities now offers online bill payment and online AutoPay through Invoice Cloud, a third party bill payment service. To make your payment online or for more detailed information, go to Online Bill Payment.

Please Note: Any special payment arrangements should be made by calling Customer Service or visiting our offices at 700 West Line Street. Please call Customer Service at 706-602-5678 to make an appointment.

In Person (Walk-in or Drive-thru):

Calhoun Utilities, located at 700 West Line Street, accepts check, cash or money order. Personnel are here to serve you (Drive-thru or Lobby) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Utility Bills are sent with a return envelope for payment remittance.

Drop Box:

Payment can be made anytime in the drop box between the Drive-Thru windows at the 700 West Line Street location.

A 2nd drop box is located at 226 South Wall Street, Calhoun, Georgia (City Hall Drive-Thru window).

Calhoun Utilities will not be responsible for night deposit payments made with cash.

Automatic Bank Draft:

Our most convenient bill paying option.

No more worrying about mailing that bill on time, postage, lost mail or check writing.

Once enrolled in the service, you will receive your bill monthly, prior to your checking account being drafted.

If you have concerns about your bill, customers have until five (5) days before the “Current Bill Due Date” to question your account before the drafting process takes place.

To enroll, just print and complete the “Preauthorized Payment” form and return with your next payment or fax to:
