Calhoun Utilities is pleased to offer additional payment options for our valued customers through a service provided by Paymentus. Paymentus, a third party automated payment group, accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Electronic checks for one-time payments as well as automatic payments  scheduled through their AutoPay service. This Online Payment System is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Paymentus will charge a fee for this convenience. (Electronic check — $1.00 service fee per transaction with no dollar limit, Credit Card–$2.95 service fee for each transaction with a $1,000.00 limit per transaction).

To view or pay your bill over the internet, you will be asked to provide your Account number that is printed on your bill, and your Street Number. Your account number will appear on your bill in the following format:  000-00000000-00 (Please enter the middle eight digits and the last two digits WITHOUT the dashes.) Once you login, you will be asked to change the temporary password to one that is more meaningful to you.

Please Note: To avoid disruption of service, utility bills must be paid in full prior to the cutoff date shown on the bill. Partial payments will not prevent services from being disconnected. If your services are in jeopardy of, or have been disconnected, you must call customer service with your Online payment confirmation number at 706-602-5678. Services are not automatically restored or disconnections prevented unless Utility is notified.
