Calhoun Utilities is pleased to offer an additional payment option for our valued customers through a service provided by Arista Information Systems. Arista, a third party automated payment group, accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Electronic checks. This Online Payment System is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Arista will charge a fee for this convenience. (Credit Card--$3.50 service fee for each $400.00 transaction).
To view or pay your bill over the internet, you will be asked to provide
your Account number and the Temporary Password that is printed on your bill. Please enter your account number exactly as it is on your bill including dashes. Once you login, you will be asked to change the temporary password to one that is more meaningful to you.
Please Note: To avoid disruption of service, utility bills must be paid in full prior to the cutoff date shown on the bill. Partial payments will not prevent services from being disconnected. If your services are in jeopardy of, or have been disconnected, you must call customer service with your Online payment confirmation number at 706-602-5678. Services are not automatically restored or disconnections prevented unless Utility is notified.
